The essence of the cuisine at Es Nàutic lies in the use of fresh, high-quality, and locally sourced ingredients, carefully selected by our chef. The restaurant offers a diverse and authentically Mediterranean menu, featuring rice dishes, seafood, fresh fish, and traditional Ibizan seafaring specialities such as ‘bullit de peix’ with its accompanying ‘arroz a banda '. The dishes are prepared with rockfish from the Ibizan coast, like the ‘roja’, grouper, or John Dory, with broths that capture the full flavour of the sea.
Additionally, we have an extensive wine cellar, ideal for pairing each dish with the perfect wine.

Iconic dishes and authentic flavours

Our menu offers an authentically Mediterranean culinary experience. Rice dishes, seafood, and fresh fish are the stars, featuring specialities such as ‘bullit de peix’ and its arroz a banda, traditional dishes from Ibiza’s seafaring cuisine. We use local rockfish, such as red scorpionfish, grouper, and John Dory, ingredients that ensure intense and fresh flavours. Each dish is prepared with broths that capture the essence of the sea, providing a unique gastronomic experience that evokes the island’s crystal-clear waters.
